30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if used, including:
• Opened or used pet accessories
• Items damaged due to misuse
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Contact your credit card company
• Contact your bank
